Currently a fully leased retail plaza located on Dundas Street East in Mississauga, this 2.9 acre site was acquired in partnership. In-depth research and discussion with planning consultants, revealed this site has a strong prospective for higher density redevelopment. Located along a rapid transit corridor, and identified as an intensification area by the Official Plan, we are proposing a mixed-use mid-rise format and will be working through the entitlements process with the city.
